Injector polarization

I had to change fuel injector connector on my 2002 Electra (delphi injection) I didn't mark the wires and now I don't know which one is positive. Does it even matter? I have diagram but it doesn't say which one is positive and which one is negative.. Anyone has idea how to make sure I connect it the right way?
