I just installed a Thundrmax today and did not receive that pop up.

I have to ask...how is the bike running? Can you tell if the Autotune function is working?

I've got so many darned questions! I hate being a newbe!

Bike runs great and it appears that auto-tune is working. Just annoying mostly.
