2001 Deuce EFI ( Delphi )

I did use the search function for past posts regarding this problem, but none seem to solve my problem. I will keep looking.

The Bike cranks over, no spark at plugs, no power to coil, no power to fuel pump fuse.

No security key lite, no flashing turn signal lights. From what I have read, if the security sys is on, it will not even crank over.

Have power on both side's of the Ignition, ECM, Security, ACC, Lighting, Instr. fuses.
No codes from speedo reset.
But did get codes from Data link .

#23 ( Frt Cyl. fuel inj.)
#24 (Frt. Cyl. ign. coil )
#25 (Rr. Cyl. ign. coil )
#32 ( Rr. Cyl. fuel ign. )
#41 (Crank position sensor )

Replaced Crank position sensor with a Harley dealer part.

Checked the fuel pump fuse, no power to it.
Checked and replaced Sys relay, I have power to the relay ( Blu/Gry wire # 30 ) also checked relay, hooking up #85 & 86 and checking continuity between #30 and 87.

Pulled tank off
Checked continuity from ECM port #4 (Sys relay) Grn/Brn wire to Sys relay #85. Good.
Checked continuity from ECM port #13 (Switch power) Wht/Blk wire to Sys relay # 86. Good.
Checked continuity from ECM port #13 Wht/Blk wire to ( Stop switch on handle bars) . Good.

The Yellow/ Green wire that comes off the Sys relay, that is not being energized ( although the I hear the relay click ) gives power to the coil at Pin A
also gives power to both injectors, and gives power to the fuel pump fuse.

I did run a jumper wire to the fuel pump, and it works (energized)

Going to attach the wiring schematics that I have been working off.

I miss my old Shovel......

Can someone help.
