P1003 and U1016 DTCs after adding PCV
I recently lost an ACR on my '13 Tri Glide while out for a ride. I decided that while I had it apart I might as well upgrade the cam. It's back together now but won't fire. I keep getting DTCs P1003 and U1016, even after clearing them out. I tried switching the system relay with the starter relay but nothing changed. Could this be an issue with the PCV? Any advice on diagnosing this would be greatly appreciated.

Try plugging the ECM back into the main harness, look at the connections and see if there is any corrosion in the connections. This is the usual issues with the PCV, I would get rid of the PCV and go with the Power Vision instead as it modifies the fuel mapping in the ECM rather than piggybacking.

P1003 System relay contacts open doesn't necessarily mean there is a fault with the relay. It could also be what the contacts join together when the contacts close. It could be the relay is now not getting power.
If your PCV is in the relay circuit then as above remove it and check again.
