SE Tuner and no Stage changes

SE Tuner and no Stage changes
What's likely to happen if I program my 2019 Road King with the SE tuner and don't change the intake or exhaust? I might do the Stage changes later and a cam but for now leave it stock. Now being May when it warms up. I expect the NB sensors will trim back any excess fuel in closed loop, but otherwise?
