my bike only has about 900 miles on it and I put the TMAX on at about 500miles. I was getting abour 39 mpg now I get about 30mpg. Bike runs great and I am going to try adn tinker with it to get a little better mileage.

I havent reallyfiguredmine out. I fill up when the trip hits 100-120 miles. I'm sure its not too good anyway as I am always flying on the damn thing.

With the canned map (393) my mileage was poor. Bike ran great but I was getting 32 mpg. I played with the AFR/TPS pages and managed to bring it back up to 41 mpg so far. I can only make it ping when I try.

Stock map for my '07 39-44 MPG. Just did a trip up to MA to visit wifes family over the 4'th after some tuning to the Supertrapps and gor 35 MPG-39MPG and 44MPG on three fill ups back to back. The auto-tune seems to work fine. In figuring milage my '07 seems to gobble fuel when starting cold and if you make a lot of shorter trips on a tank you will never get the correct milage. I figure 3 miles for each cold start and doing that my milage stays 39-41 average.

On a recent trip two up(340lbs),45-50lbs of luggage to upstate NY &east to maineon back roads 43 mpg,on95,I 90,I 87 & 84 running 75-80mph coming home 37 MPGwith a Power commander, I'm looking to improve mpg and performance. I don't know if spending another 700.00 is worth it,I may go back to the factory headers or a 2-1 set-up where the tmax be a help but I wonder if there's any more mpg in the 96 motor.

On my 07 Bob with just slip-on mufflers I get 42-44 around town. When I go on a long trip I get 48-50. That's over 200 miles on a tank-o-gas. I like that. Who want's to be looking for a gas station all the time when your far from home? But I'd like better performanceand I'm researching my options so I don't buy one unit and then wish I bought another later. So I asked the same question int he Dyna forum if you want to check out the answers I got.
