Default V&H fuelpak FP3 flat spot off idle

2014 SGS with SE110 tire shredder kit also SE585 cams. V&H head pipe with SE Streetcannons and a Trask high flow air cleaner on the upsized intake.

When outside air temps are above 100 and the bike is good an warmed up. I get a horrible Flat spot off of idle & bad "popping" in the exhaust. Above 3K RPMs all is good.

Cooler temps I do not have this issue.

Have you contacted V&H on this issue ? If not , In your V&H program you can upload your current map to them , then email them , explaining to them what issue your having . In your email , do the exact thing you did here and also include your bike's vin # . They will make the necessary adjustments and send it back . The map they send you will load into a new slot , so if it doesn't work out you can reflash it back to your original map .

the FP3 is not the ideal tuning product for a build such as yours, your bike should be professionally tuned at a reputable shop, TTS or Powervision are going to work the best. Trying to auto-tune a build such as yours is not going to yield the best you can get out of it.

Good advice right there! Unless you are provided a very close calibration (1% chance) for your exact build and exhaust, you'd be much better served by paying a pro to tune it in a controlled environment where the he can see/monitor and find the best A/F ratio and, most important for a high performance build, best timing settings to be sorted by someone who really understands when and where to make effect timing changes without hurting performance in other areas.
