I have a 2017 Harley Davidson dyna wide glide.
I have is I bought a dk customs coil relocation kit,,,,it moves the coil from the side of the fuse box to where the horn is between the 2 cylinders.
The question I have is you have to different size length ignition leads when the coil is mounted to the side of the fuse box and when you use the coil relocation kit the leads are the same size in length. Does this affect the coil in the way it fires in the 2 ignition leads that are the same length as to being 2 different length ignition leads in anyway ?

No - you will be functionally fine. No worries as long as the replacement wires function properly with the HD Ion sense feature.
