Those ECMs are easily available. I believe I have a 2006 one flashed as a Dyna with a mated tuner.
Also, you can buy the ECM for much less and the flash is free from the dealer (they would probably charge .5-1.0 hr labor but the stock calibration is non-chargeable).
You could even find one off of Fleabay. If you really think you need an ECM, feel free to PM me and I can help you find what you need.I just saw one on fleabay out of an 07 for 50$.
Your code is pretty straight forward on that one but I commend you for doing all the diagnostics.
