Ok, everyone can make a mistake every now and then. My CAM timing was not one of them. But my ADD kicked in and I just couldnt let it go unless I pulled it all down and put it back together. Same results on the KPA Mid 40 range and that was the last tune that Mark from V&H had me flash. Back to square 1. I may just take the hit ($400) and pull the fuel pack 3. Take it to a Dyno Tuner and call it good. Thats probably the way I should have went in the first place with all the short comings of the FP3..
Is there a way with the FP3 to copy the tune in slot 0 to another slot with out adding an exhaust and just use the optimize and add cams ? I believe this is where my issue is. The bike obviously had been flashed for stage 1, so I wasnt starting with a stock flash.
Just pick your options and go from there. Why does it have to be in slot 0?
I wish it was that easy .. My bike did not have a stock tune to start with so now the tune in slot 0 is a modified tune. Adding modifications to an already modified tune makes the bike run like ****.. Everything the FP3 does is based on a stock tune.

Yes go into view/edit maps and select a empty slot and option will appear to select a map to copy to there and just select map0
Cam timing looks spot on so must be the tune strange MAP reading though.
Yes it was right on, I was actually hoping it wasnt. Idle FPA is lower 40's or so but should be in the 30's from what V&H told me. Hopefully the local dealer has a MAP sensor in stock.

Perfect, the bike ran great with the tune that was in it before the cams. so I will try putting Map0 in another slot and just add the Andrews 48 cams and see how that does.

So that really worked well. Copied the stock tune which was already modified for a stage 1. Added the cams and it runs and pulls really well. I am sure there is still a bit more that can be done, but this is the best it has run so far. FPA is still low 40's. What exactly do the FPA numbers mean? Knowing where they should be is one thing, but knowing why, thats the elusive question..
