to someone that knows the Harley ecm
if you buy a bike off the show room floor, the stock ecm's parameters like ve's and afr map is good for the bike to run on for the life of the bike. but harley riders like perfection me and others like to tune our bikes so they are spot on. my question is if you leave the stock parameters in the bike but change the afr's to what you want, would the ecm change the fuel flow accordantly. I know it won't be spot on but would it be close enough to run the bike at that afr you set the chart to? example if the afr's are set to closed loop at 14.6 the ve are set to match this or close to it. so if you set the afr to open loop 13.5 since the ecm knows the ve's for 14.6 it should be able to calculate the fuel flow for 13.5 and be close to this afr. or do i got this wrong
