The 15 pin port is for a monitor and not a serial port. Some have used the USB adapters with good results and I think Belkin makes one that works. Not all USB to serial adapters work. I myself prefer to use a PCMCIA serial port card in my laptop. They are about the same cost as a USB adapter but they are a true serial port. You can find many of them on ebay is you search for PCMCIA serial.

Go with calibration 67 as you are running duals. Max out your entire CLB table to 798mv - across the board. (This is in the advanced tuning mode.)
I had map 78 installed on my 07 UltraFriday with the O2 tables maxed as per above.
Bike runs great!! I went with V&N Ovals and K&N (RK 3909)
IMO get the K&N..it is a much better filter..$108 at Autozone.
Dealer did all the work...two hours or $200...best investment.

p.s. Do not use the V&H clamps..they are crap...use the HD ones.
What you want to avoid is an exhaust leak.
If you get any decell popping, don't touch your AFR tables. Your best route is via the enleanment tables or the VE tables.
My bike ran so well that dealer said dyno not required.

You can use one of the USB ports but you will need an adapter. You should use one that is "known" to work based on feedback from other users. One that I know works from personal experience is the Belkin F5U109 adapter -

You can get it on-line for $25 or so...
