Will they be over ridden in closed loop?

Yes, it will tryand ifyou overwhelm the attempted correction youwill probably get a serviceeng lite with error code. If you have an 07 it could also skew yourwide open throttle open loopA/F ratio because your fuel trimswould nowbechanged. However, if you monitor your closed loop fueltrims and open loop A/F, then you couldtune your fuel adder accordingly, but it would be better to do it with a SERT if you stay with O2s andclosed loop.

Maybe thisis a good time to add this because Ihave neverseen it stated here. Most fuel adders change the tune by changing the input to ECM such as thethrottle position sensor(TPS) signalormap sensor (MAP) sensor signal at different RPM ranges. Because your ignition advance tableis also dependent on theseinputsignals you are alsounpredictably changing your ignition advance. The PCIII is an exception to this because itsprogrammable fuel tables onlychanges the ECM'soutput insteadforthe fuelinjector's pulse width. So if your fuel adder causes your engine to ping or lose performance, even though you corrected your fuel problem this is could bethe reason why.

Thanks, geargrinder....Now I have other questions to think about, Like, is it possible to move the whole fuel curve richer, including closed loop by moving the TPS, 06 Dyna?

No, the 06 Dyna uses a Delphi speed density style ECM, meaning that its main fuel/sparkcontrol is the MAPsensorthat monitors intake vacuum/pressure.Its TPS is mainly used for transitional fueling, like acceleration enrichment. The answer would have been yes if your bike was a pre 2002 bike that uses the Magnetti Marelli ECM that is an alpha-N system that uses the TPS sensor as its main fuel/spark control.
