Default more popping

I have had the 07 roadglide almost a year now. I had no popping on decel
I decided to re check the power commander settings.
There was 4% on the throtle. So I changed it to 0% closed and 100% open
Now it pops when down shifting down hill.
Why did it not pop when there was 4%.?

Thanks just wondering , it runs fine other wise.

Not an expert, but here's my guess. At 4% you're in a richer part of your map. So in decel you were running richer, which is the fix for decel popping.

Also, do not forget to check for exhuast leaks. Even if you think you do not have any, you may be suprised. I had problems with decel popping until today. I took someone else's advice and removed my slip-on's, applied copper anti-sieze and put them back on. Popping gone now.

Where do you obtain copper anti-sieze?

I have all 0% values set to "0" on my SG and have no popping. Seal your muffler/exhaust joints with anti-sieze compound, then tighten the clamp firmly. The cause of the decel popping is reportedly leaking muffler joints.

Most any auto parts store such as O'REILLY AUTO PARTS will have it in stock.

I also am having some poping on decel, but have V&H Big Raduis pipes. Could a leak at the headers cause this? As the pipes are all one pice.
Thanks

I think ToBeFrank is on the money. Take a few mins. and add fuel at 0% throttle in your map from about 1750rpm up to 5000, try 10 then go to 15 and see what happens. Maybe it is an exhaust leak, but if the problem didn't appear untill you zeroed your throttle, that says lean at zero throttle to me. My map from fuelmoto added fuel at 2% and up but nothing at zero, adding fuel at zero got rid of all of my popping.
