Plan on hooking up my Garage Door Opener to the 05 Ultra soon. Does anyone have shop manual and could tell me the color for the T/signal wires under the front fairing. Thanks
In case your wondering I have a Moto-Fx GDO unit that hardwires in and is activated by electrical impulse IE headlites or T/s off/on, they work great.

 

Ive got a manual, but its in the garage. Ill try to look at it tomorrow unless someone can help you sooner. You could always use a test light if you have one handy.

As I study the manual a little more, is it part of the Interconnect Harness or the Main Harness? Or do you know? (Maybe that's what the dern manual's fer...

OK, just figured out that T/Signal is not "T" Signal, it's TURN signal [sm=headbang.gif]

Sooo....

Turn signal wires for the front turn signals are, numbered 6,5,4,3,2,1. Corresponding colors are: BK,V, BE, BE, BN, BK.

That what cha want?

ps; does it differentiate RT and LT ? after thinking ....it wouldnt be cool to trigger the rt signal and then turn left int the garage[]

 

I don't think so, I took a pic, it's big, but it's the only you can read it...

I poke around a little more. Prob'ly could disconnect one and isolate that way...

Hook it up to your brights. Then you don't have to worry about which direction your comming from. LOL
