Where the hell is JAMIE from FuelMoto????
I've been trying to email that guy for weeks and keep getting an automated email saying they will respond in 36 hours. One month and two more emails later, no response. WTF????[sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]
I know it is peak season for him, but I should have at least received an email response within a few weeks.
Anyone else having this prob?

Before you fired up a post like this did you even consider taking a minute to give them a call (which should be toll free) Just a thought but are they even getting your emails which can be filtered out or spammed or whatever. My entire riding group has been dealing with Jamie for the last few years and he has been very helpful in making our bikes run at their best. I have emailed and called with no problems. I emailed him last week about the new firmware update and recieved an auto response and later that day recieved a return email so who knows what may have happened with yours.

I did finally receive an email to give them a call which I will. Maybe they should have put that in their auto response. Regardless, I sent a map with my email that I wanted them to look at. It's kinda hard to do that over the phone.

So, I guess the answer to the question is Jamie was bustin' his *** working during what is peak riding season; Christian didn't include an invoice number (to show he is a FuelMoto customer) so Jamie prioritizes his response to emails by doing customer queries ahead of aparently non-customer email; and FuelMoto provides a toll-free number to use but Christian didn't--is that about the gist of it?
