So, I have been running around trying to get the final tune on my 2011 FLHTCUSE6 with an RB Racing 2-1. First set of runs, I would Datamaster about 40 miles - one in the morning and one in the afternoon, various speeds/acceleration/inclinations. Then I would VTune using both data files. I'd save the new tune, load it into the bike and repeat the same thing the next day. After 5 rides --2 datamasters per day, and the 5th Vtune, the system said I stillvcneeded more data! So, I loaded in VTune File 5. This time, I recorded 8 Vtune files in a row, resetting the AFV each time. I VTune processed those 8 files to generate a tune 6. The VTune said I needed more data! And, the original file 5 does not look much different than the new tune file 6. Here is the before and after VE.... I'll try to load some recordings -- which look pretty good to me, but not really sure.

Any advice will be helpful

Nothing is wrong your just getting various amounts of data in various cells on the charts from your pictures. Each time you get this Vtune3 see's it and let's you know that you need more. If you want to see just what is going on select the "Advance Mode" when using Vtune3. Then you can see what areas need more work on collecting data in those areas. It not about how many times you collect data its about the quality of the data you collect.
