Default MAP around 42 kPa on idling? and 100 kPa on 30% throttle.

My MAP sensor idles around ~42 kPa on idle (Iron 883N). Is this normal? When decel it gets to 20 but on idle get's back to 42. Second thing which I'm not sure it's correct is that it gets to nearly to 100 kPa when throttle position gets to 30%.
I have stock air filter and Rush slip-ons.

This data comes from PV after PV map "Stock improved" was flashed.

Yep, that’s what the data shows. No reason to suggest there’s something wrong with it.
And now you know 100kpa does not necessarily mean 100% throttle.
MAP kpa represents load.

In the early days of Harley EFI tuning they published an Electronic Fuel Injection Tuner User’s Manual (came with the Tuners on the sofware CD)

Here is some info from the document-

Throttle Position vs. MAP Table
This table provides a rough guide to matching throttle position to engine load. Note that a
broad range is listed in some throttle positions. This is due to the amount of load on the bike
at that time. More Load = More MAP. To identify the exact MAP the symptom is present in,
the user will need to record the performance test using the EFI Tuner Data Mode.
Throttle Position MAP- (Manifold Absolute Pressure)
0-6% 10-50 kPa
12% 40-55 kPa apporx. cruising range
25% 55-90 kPa
50% 90-100 kPa
50-100% 90 and higher kPa

Your VE Table is Throttle Position vs RPM
Your Air Fuel Ratio table is MAP vs RPM
Once you get to 25% throttle on a stock Harley Sportster Tune you will be in the upper MAP regions of the AFR table at lower rpms on your bike and the O2 sensors are no longer used to control AFR (known as "open Loop" or NON EPA controlled)

When cruising down the highway in 5th gear at between 45-75 MPH you will likely be around 10-15% throttle and in the 40-60 MAP range where you can safely run the engine at 14.6 AFR (closed loop) and gain much better gas mileage.

Most of the DynoJet "Stock Improved" Sportster tunes I have looked at have turned off Adaptive Control and/or Closed loop operation relying on the AFR and VE tables to do all injection duration calculation without O2 sensor feedback.

hook your PV back up to the bike, turn the bike on but do not start it. what is your map reading on your quage? if it is not 100 or something very close you may need to make a map normalization adjustment, repeat MIGHT. in general over 40 map @idle is a little too much. after recording your results, warm the bike up and get out on the road, make sure that you are recording, get in 4th gear, with room in front of your hold steady at 1800RPM or so, than roll the throttle all the way open and hold it till you can hit your rev limiter. ONLY DO THIS IF YOUR RIDING SKILLS AND ROAD/SAFETY CONDITIONS WILL ALLOW FOR IT!!!!! this is an attempt to record 100% roll on throttle similar to how it is sampled on the dyno. get home and compare your map graph, see what RPM it gets to its highest map reading and that the line stays pretty steady until you back off the throttle. there is a calculation to figure out what your map reading should be key on/engine off based on your altitude above sea level. key on/engine off and 100 throttle run should be very close if not the exact same.
if your results look out of sorts, contact the PV guys @DJ and they can walk you through how to make the adjustment.
