Firing on one cylinder

2012 sportster 1200 xlc. Computer saying fault front cylinder coil. Havechaged plugs and coil, checked leads but no joy em light on and bike only running on one cylinder, help plse

Ohm out the front cylinder wire from the coil to the ECU.
