look on the DJ website for downloadable maps,,,,pick the one that matches your set up closely as possible, most all of the true dual maps with a high flow muffler choice will get you started. after that you need either a dyno tune or one of the auto tuner set ups to dial it in.

I doubt you’ll find a useable map for that combo. With those cams and that exhaust, it will have absolutely no bottom end torque. You will need to get it dyno tuned and even then I don’t think that you’ll be too happy with the results.

I have to agree, I've tuned hundreds of bikes and a true dual/CFR combo would be on the very bottom of my list, or better yet not on any list.

That said, the CFRs work just fine on the bikes with the cat still installed.
It acts as a restrictor that allows the system to work without destroying all the bottom end torque.

So, what we have here is an 03 bagger pre-cat bike with tru-duals and wide open muffs AND an SE211..
IME the easiest way to get this bike put back together is to:
1. Change to torque cams from these hp cams. (ie: Wood TW6, Andrews TW21 or 26)
2. Change from the tru-duals to a good 2into1into2 or 2into1.
3. Get it tuned by a qualified, experienced tuner. (The power commander is adequate for your application)
Once this formula is implemented this bike will be a MUCH better riding bike that makes power where the rider wants/needs it rather than over 4000rpm.
These big land yachts need bottom end torque to get them going either from a stop or passing the trucks.
Or carry on with what you currently have only to be disappointed with the results.

Seems like it was just yesterday (actually a little over 10 yrs ago) when true duals were all the rage for baggers. Every Tom, Dick and Harry was buying the Fullsac true dual kit. Kinda went the way of the whole "live to ride, ride to live" add ons. Now it's blacked out bikes, 2-1 exhaust, and 21-23" front wheels.

Things change but let's compare apples to apples. True duals vs stock y pipe, compared to stock 2-1-2 head pipe vs 2-1. Still seems like a no brainer, but I also remember when the PC III was the tuner of choice vs nothing else out there.

Honestly, I don't even remember if 2-1 systems were available back then. If they were, you never heard much about them. Just talking about what was popular a while back and what's popular now, not if it was the best performance choice.

In addition to big wheels, blacked out bikes, and 2-1 exhausts being common today, ape hangers seem to have taken over from beach bars. And for some reason most of the people I see running really tall beach bars seem to wear the German style helmet. Personal choice

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread....
