Default Voltage divider for 2007's to cool engine?

It has been posted on some boards about using a very cheap and simple voltage divider to make the O2 sensors readjust the Air Fuel mixture from 14.7:1 to 14.2 :1 thereby making the motor run a little cooler. Has anybody tried this and can verify its effectiveness.
Here's one link I found expaining it in more detail.

Sounds like a good idea. Somebody might want to jump on this and create an adapter plug for stock O2 sensors. I'm sure the part could easily sell for $40 with a manfacturing cost of less than $5. It would only work in the idle and cruising ranges since the narrow band sensor only work in that range. However, since the bike runs in this range a majority of the time it should result in a measurable difference in temps.

Since the ECM takes what it learns from closed loop and applies it to open loop it may richen it upin all areas, although the resistance seems high and may in effect just disable the O2 sensors(just guessing out load).

If it disabled the sensors 12:1 AFR, it does not, but not enough of a change 14.7:1 to 14.2:1 but parts cost 2.00 at Radio Shack, already did it, not enough of a change still pops and plugs still bone white. Looking at Tmax.
