M8 and check engine light

Default M8 and check engine light
Full system exhaust and a PCV. 02 sims plugged in and it's throwing a 02 missing fault.

Are these not supposed to run the 02 sims like the dynojet says in the manual?

Dynojet does not know why this is happening at this point until I can ohm out the 02 optimizers.
