Default Trying to diagnose IAT code P0113

For years now my bike has throw the P0113 trouble code. IAT sensor - high input. It never bothered me, as driveability was perfect. Had it Dyno'd after cams and it ran great. I ignored the code. Last year I did a big bore and heads, really pulls hard. A couple of days ago I washed it at the local car wash, it ran a bit rough after that and even more so yesterday. I pulled the codes and again I got P0113 but in addition I also got P0374, crank sensor. I thought the connector might have gotten wet so I checked it this morning. It was wet with something, so I cleaned it out and sprayed some WD40 in it. I cleared the codes and rode around the block. It's running so poorly I thought I might not make it home, but I did. Checked the codes again, the crankcase code did not reappear. The IAT code did though. When I did the big bore I replaced the IAT sensor with a new HD part, still threw the code. Specifics are 05 88 touring, now 95". Fuel Moto USB tuner, untouched sine last Dyno tune. I'm trying to diagnose that I AT sensor. Short of replacing it again, is there a way to bypass it for diagnostic purposes? An important clue came today, when after clearing the codes I got a different part number after the trouble code, this time 32915-05, which is the ECM part number. However, I found some online posts that says that happen after you clear the codes but I don't know. Where to start?

Did you inspect the harness that the IAT is on for broken wires? Check the IAT connector as well for pins not properly seating. The symptoms you mention (running poorly after washing) indicate a broken wire.

I did when I replaced the sensor, but I haven't checked it since I've had trouble
