I took the PClll off the bike and hooked the ECU back to the stock harness and the fuel pump did the same thing as it did when the PClll was hooked up. I did notice that when the Ignition switch is on for a bit the exheck engine light flashes rapidly and from what I understand that’s a failure to communicate code?

As for the PClll I added it and rode it for 100 miles or so when the bike **** down on me. But the bike also does the same thing with the tuner removed as it does with the tuner installed.

Have you tried pulling any trouble codes? Just because the engine light is not lit does not mean that there are no stored codes.

Yeah when I leave the key on the CEL flashes rapidly and I was told that indicates a failure to communicate code.

Well PROBLEM SOLVED!!! After a night of trouble shooting damn near every wire running from the fuel pump relay and the ECU... it was the roll over sensor. When I took it off to run the connectors for the tuner behind the battery box I remounted it and didn’t get the alignment pin thing seated in the hole it’s supposed to be in. So when I went around the vehicle on the highway I leaned over and the little ball inside the sensor must have moved and tripped the sensor. I feel really dumb but it’s all good. I now have a spare ECU so Incase it ever does go out I’m ready!

It's good when it's something simple after all.
