I have bought a few damaged tourings on insurance auctions that have the smart security system, most come without keys and fobs. With title or bill of sale, dealer will look up key# and order without a problem. As for the security their tech says he can't program new fobs without a current working fob or the PIN. Is this correct or is there a way he doesn't know about? One time I got lucky and found PIN was same as in manual 13131 so he could program new fobs to bike, no problem. On others I replaced 68924-07 security module with 68920-07 TSM and tossed the TSSM or HFSM into the corner. Are these just junk or is there a way to reprogram them. I have heard this both ways and would like to know for sure. Thanks
