Rear cylinder has no fire

Rear cylinder has no fire
Good morning.
I have a 2006 Dyna Street Bob which has no fire at the rear cylinder, stock ECM, Stock pipes.
Codes are...
P0154 rear O2 sensor open/not responding/high,
P1355 rear ignition coil high/shorted,
P1356 rear cylinder no combustion.
Coil checks out good, even replaced it with a known good coil with no change. If an O2 sensor "fails" will it kill the fire to that cylinder? Looking for loose/broken wires presently. Have heard solutions from TPS, ECM plug, FI connections, even an air leak. All assistance appreciated

there is no aftermarket tuner on the bike. I've disconnected the main fuse, disconnected the ECM, the O2 sensor, reconnected and still has fire only on the front cylinder. I've cleared the codes, changed the plugs, plug wires, CPS, still no fire

I ordered a new set of coil/plug wires, new coil, spark plugs today but am still looking for any info fellow riders might have. It only has 17K on it.
Thanks in advance.
