Question Rear cylinder has no fire

Good morning.
I have a 2006 Dyna Street Bob which has no fire at the rear cylinder, stock ECM, Stock pipes.
Codes are...
P0154 rear O2 sensor open/not responding/high,
P1355 rear ignition coil high/shorted,
P1356 rear cylinder no combustion.
Coil checks out good, even replaced it with a known good coil with no change. If an O2 sensor "fails" will it kill the fire to that cylinder? Looking for loose/broken wires presently. Have heard solutions from TPS, ECM plug, FI connections, even an air leak. All assistance appreciated

Is there any tuning device on this bike? If so, disconnect and retest.
If not, disconnect the ECM for 5mins. Reconnect and retest.
Let us know,
Bob

there is no aftermarket tuner on the bike. I've disconnected the main fuse, disconnected the ECM, the O2 sensor, reconnected and still has fire only on the front cylinder. I've cleared the codes, changed the plugs, plug wires, CPS, still no fire

Check for any voltage at Yellow/Blue wire at coil while cranking/running.

Check the wiring to the ign. coil for opens, shorts, or grounds. The problem with the ign. is your main issue. The rest of the codes are caused by the ign. problem.

Twisted, any update on the rear cylinder firing? I'm having the same problem with my 13 Ultra Classic. Pulling codes PO154, P1355 as well. I got stuck last Sunday night. Let it cool down for 2hrs and she started right up and ran fine. I read here that the plug, on the left side of the air box gets dirty so I cleaned it the next day and she ran fine again. I took a ride last night, got about 20 miles into it and it went into limp mode again. Another 2 hour cool down but no rear cylinder. Had to ride all the way back on one cylinder. Sounded like a mini bike of my youth...
I ordered a new set of coil/plug wires, new coil, spark plugs today but am still looking for any info fellow riders might have. It only has 17K on it.
Thanks in advance.
Rafa
