You can check for a broken wire at the IAT. If that doesn't pan out then check the voltage while bike is On but not running while cold between pins 16 & 30. You can get this measurement by pushing a thin wire or pin into the BK/W (16), and the Gy/V (30) wires at the Throttle Position Sensor. It should be between 0.64- 0.68 VDC. If it's not then adjust the Idles Speed Control Screw to be within that value. Then start the bike and check for proper idle. Let it warm up and set the warm idle speed. Use M-1105 tech bulletin if you're not sure of the proceedure.
