Default Modded SERT map for 07FXST

Ok I've loaded the 159AE003-A1 map(#67) and adjusted the AFR of all the red cells down to 14.1 from 14.6 making it a tad richer thru most of the rpm/load ranges. I would like to know if this is a good move or should I return it back to the original settings of the map or should I use another map? I've got the Stage 1 SE A/C with K&N Filter and Thunderheaders as my only mod to bike so far.Asstated in the subject my bike is a FXST 07. I'm going to have my bike dyno'd in a few weeks and would like to make sure I'm not running it too lean. I've put about 60 miles since the upgrade and it appears to run ok. No decel popping and no knocking, but who can tell with Thunderheaders as they seem to drown out everything

By changing cells down to 14.1 you have taken the bike out of closed loop operation, I suggest putting those cells back to 14.6 and maxing out the closed loop bias tables in all areas. Using the thunderheader will mean that the map designed for shotgun/shorty exhaust will be significantly different on the rear cylinder, get it dyno'd as soon as you can.

Put them back to 14.6 and max out the bias table. The bike will then run at 14.1 - 14.3 in closed loop.By doing what you did, you tried to reach the same end but by incorrect means. But, it still needs to be tuned.

Thanks for the info BV and One. I have yet another question for the closed loop table. By maxing out all tables on this chart what have I accomplished and why? How did I take the bike out of closed loop by adj. the air fuel? Be patient as this is a new game for me and I do like to play.

You change the bias voltage (the voltage the ECM will try to control to as asmpled by the O2 sensor in the exhaust) which at .798mv is approx. 14.2

Thanks again for the info One. I got my dyno moved up to this Sat. as it seem a pressing issue due to the generic maps from harley don't fit with TH installed on the bike.
