My turn signal lights aren't on...and neither is my tailight! Except for the front left turn signal none of them work. To be more specific, if i hit the turn signal they flash. And if it hit my brakes the brake light comes on. This is kinda weird. I haven't done any trupble shooting yet as far as checking fuses. Because of the one light on I don't really think it's a fuse. And I don't think the bulbs are blown because the lights come on when I activate them. They just don't stay on like they are supposed to. Anybody encounter this issue before that can give me a couple pointers before I tear it apart?

 

the bulbs have two filaments & run off 2 different fuses. check 'em.
