I will give my way to easily set up the TPS MM EVO.
1- if it is possible, on a hot engine, disconnect the IAC (stepper motor)
2- use a multimeter to set TPS to .275v.
3- set the hot speed screw to .650v then set the cold speed screw to .750-800v
4- set the switch to off, plug in the IAC cube, turn the ignition off with the ignition switch. (values for motorcycles without a tachometer)
3- start the engine and set the revolutions to 900-950 with the screw of warm revs, then set the revolutions to 1300 revolutions with the screw of cold revolutions.
4. turn the engine off with the off button, plug in the IAC cube and turn off the ignition with the ignition switch.
5- turn on the button to ON, then turn on the ignition for 15 seconds, then turn off the ignition for 20 seconds, turn the ignition on again for 15 and turn it off for 20 seconds.
6- start the motorcycle and warm it up to high temperature.
7- turn off the motorcycle and the detachable battery for 15 minutes.
8- turn on the motorcycle, reverse the warm speed screw with half a turn, turn it off and enjoy the ride.
If it seems to you that after the entire procedure your motorcycle is too low or too high revs, you must repeat the whole procedure and in point 3 you make the correction according to your preferences and preferences.

Same issue, but can’t find a solution.
Help ED!!!
In my search for perfection, I tried adjusting the TPS against my better judgement.
Per the few threads above, I thought my DVC was at .157 but was always very jumpy and I could not get a good .196 DVC set, started the bike, idled really bad and got a check engine light.
So I took off the TPS, visually inspect and all looks good, cleaned and reinstalled. Now, I finally get a steady voltage reading but the MAX adjustment I can get is .112V. Even if I take out the mounting screws and rotate TPS past the bolt holes the max is .125V; however, now when I open the throttle I do see the voltage adjust which I did not see before so that's a step in the right direction.
Replace TPS??? This SUCKS.

Same problem as header14z
Hey Ed, Scrolling through trying to find a fix to my issue. It seems you help fix header14z TPS voltage that wouldn’t reach .195v.
im in the same position currently but mine won’t reach above .045v at max adjustment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
