do i need to retune?

i have a 2012 flhtk with a se tuner. it was tuned with a se heavy breather air kit and i am changing over to the extreme billet air cleaner kit. i dont know if the air intake amount between the 2 models is big enough to worry with or there will be a big difference. so i thought i would ask the experts here. thanks
