Default Dyno tune using V&H fuel pack

Can a dyno tech tune my bike using my digital fuel pack? Or do I have to buy another tuner? Mine, you just enter the numbers that V&H gives you that gets you close. I would like to do some tweeking on a dyno but have no idea what all those numbers do.

You'll need either a FP3 or another tuner such as the TTS or PowerVision to do any Dyno tuning. Just the plain old original FP allows some adjustment to the air to fuel ratio and a couple of other really negligible adjustments but thats about it. No Dyno tuning is possible with the FP.
