Default fuel pump

so I changed my bars on a 2000 road glide went with a set I had to pull wires through the bars. left side went fine the throttle side not so much. finally got them through now bike wont start and it don't seem like the fuel pump is kicking on no sound. it cranks over fine does the run off switch have anything to do with fuel pump kicking in . only thing I can think off checked fuses and there fine any ideals

thanks

I know on my 2015 Iron that as soon as you push the OFF/RUN switch to RUN the fuel pump turns on. May want to check the wiring to that switch.

Yes it does. I'm looking at a 2004 touring schematic.

The kill switch powers the coil on the system relay and the ECM power BE/GY wire is waiting at the NO contact of that relay. When the B/W wire from the Kill switch energizes the coil and closes the contact in the system relay the ecm provides power to the fuel pump fuse.

Let us know what you find.
