Fuelmoto Tuner Question

Default Fuelmoto Tuner Question

I have a fuelmoto EFI tuner on my roadking custom tuned for my current setup of K&N high flow air filter and Kerker slip ons. I am going to be putting on 36" Samson fishtails this winter and wondering if I will need to input a different program into my tuner?

You should be just fine but you'll just have to see what it runs like after the swap.

I would have never ran a Fuel Moto (or any other vendor's canned MAP) in it in the first place.

Make your changes and take it to a reputable tuner in your area that will tune your bike on a dyno. I expect you will see how far off that canned "custom" MAP is when your tuner is done.

It will all come down to how the bike runs after you change mufflers, in some cases the long fishtail style muffler affect performance & tunability. If you need any assistance with your tune we are here to help

Thanks! What exactly should I be looking for? Backfiring, spuddering ect. Please let me know so I can keep an ear out for it!
