Ignition Shutoff with No Codes?

Ignition Shutoff with No Codes?
2013 Harley Dyna Fat Bob 103CI.
My bike will intermittently shut down and here is the scenario that happens.
1. Always happens at higher altitude >5000 ft.
2. No error codes displayed.
3. It is a full shutdown, all lights and electrical goes off.
4. Never a warning, bike runs fine until it happens.
5. Recycling the kill and/or ignition switch allows bike to restart.
Dealer is stumped so far and so am I. It seems the bike will operate at higher altitude once I recycle the switches but I CAN induce the issue every time by going to elevations of 5-6K. I can ride hundreds of miles at lower elevations which is where I live and it never happens. For the first 1.5 years since I bought the bike new I never went to 5000+ elevation so who knows when the problem started. I'm now out of the 2 year warranty so labor bills are a concern. Fire away with your suggestions and thanks in advace.
