Default 01 Ultra Classic idle problem with Magetti Morelli

New to this forum and have a few questions about my Magneti Morelli system. Just returned from Sturgis and about halfway through my 4000 mile round trip through 10 states the idle kept creeping up. Stopped at several dealers along the way and all said they didn't know how to tune a MM fuel injection system. Suggested the conversion to another system. The bike had 5700 miles when purchased 2 years ago and currently has a little over 16,000 on it. It has always ran fine until, this trip so not thinking it's beyond repair. After returning home and reading several blogs, forum posts etc I decided to tackle the tune myself. I've tried to adjust the TPS following several methods described by others. All say that the reading should be .275 volts with hot and cold idle screws backed out. I can't get a reading close to that. Could it be the TPS is bad ? I've removed it and checked it still plugged in and by turning it to both limits the best I can get is .232 volts. Any suggestions???
Also about a 1000 miles from home the speedometer quit. I've read on some forums that even though not related that by changing the Speedo sensor it solved both problems. Go figure. I had the idle issue way before the speedo quit.

Follow this video. It's a good place to start. Also use brake cleaner to clean the throttle body...be sure to clean the two idle control holes at the top of each throat.

I have followed this video to the tee and after not able to get the reading even close to what it says I should have. That's why I'm questioning if the TPS is bad or not. Any other advice and were else I can find a method to check. Also where can parts be found for this system?

Disconnect the IAC motor, connect the volt meter, with ignition on slowly turn the throttle and look for spikes in the voltage.

Also remove the ECM fuse for ~ 15 seconds to reset it.

I have disconnected the IAC as it says in the video, measured the voltage as described on the TPS and it does vary but never reaches the voltage required. It reads way low. I even checked to make sure I was on the right scale on the meter. Will pulling the fuse reset this? I have pulled the fuse previously thinking maybe it could be bad and it was ok. Getting very frustrated as this bike used to run great, still does except for the idle problem and coming to a stop while riding when it won't idle down. Kinda scary.

TPS voltage should rise to ~ 3.0 volts. I would say it is bad.
