2001 Ultra Classic. No spark. Fuel pump powers up when switch is turned on,but no power on the yellow/green wire when turning engine after the initial 4 seconds. Pump relay is good, and known functional relay has been tried.
Has a new crank trigger, output above 3 VAC. Cam position sensor tested bad, has been replaced.
Attempts to get DTCs have not been successful. My Twin Scan II reads Delphi only and I have tried jumping the diagnostic plug pins 1 and 2 as well as the switch on and off method. I can get to the point where the signals flash 3 times ,but it stops there.
I feel that this is a TSSM or ECM problem, but I do not want to throw expensive parts at this deal on an educated guess.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
