I've got a problem with my ECM on my 2004 Ultra-C.
I tried to down load a map with my SE race tuner and when I hit the run switch to engage the ECM, nothing happened. No fuel pump spool up, no confirmation on my dash. The message in my software said, No OS found, contact dealership.
I've checked all fuses, relays, switches and circuits. Everything is kosher. What now? Do I need to pull the ECM and bring it to the dealership to bench test it and or re-install the OS. PS the SE software wasn't able to identify my ECM either. I've made countless down loads onto this ECM in the past.

Sounds like you blew a fuse or have a bad connection somewhere. That Fuel pump failure is where I would start shooting the problem.

Thanks for your words. I've checked all of that out. The ECM is toast not the fuel pump. Dealership here I come! My wallet is wide open! Say AAHHH!
