I have a bike here just finished handlebar change over that owner started.bike starts and runs fine until turn throttle bike quits and spits back thru throttlebody. Like lean carb bike would do.seems like fuel pressure issue. Any ideas guys thanks pete

 

I would start with the installation of the bars. The bike ran fine before the bar change? Sounds like a short somewhere during the handle bar change.
