Lambda Desired - TTS ??
Hi All,
I have a new a 2014 Wide Glide that has the Stage-1 installed. My Tuner is the TTS MasterTune.
I have created a number of V-Tunes and have the Calibration pretty well on the mark but it is now time for the Fine Tuning.
To make sure I understand how I am reading the data represented by my data-runs I would like to ask you for help on what I have assumed.
I will start with something easy…. the Idle.
I have Idle as Open Loop and this was done as I believe the Dyna likes to see a richer idle.
OK…. I created a data-run today and I look at my Idle and I see the Lambda Desired to be: 0.900
The O2 Sensors have a voltage of: 840mV which equates to a Lambda of: 0.920 which is what I have asked for in my Main Lambda Table.
So, based on what the Lambda Desired is telling me, do I need to move further down to 0.900 in my Main Lambda Table ??
Cheers All.

On my 358 cal I have had no need to add fuel. They seem to be on rich side from the get go. I'll have to double check but have idle open around .900 as well from 750 to 1250 first 2 kpa columns. The rest of the table has been fine and may even need some fuel pulled out but to me better tad rich than lean. Focus more on timing and getting ae and egr dialed in. If you live where you can ride longer in winter months than I then go for it otherwise I would await vt3. Post in sticky as Wiz will be better for advice. Pine tree may chime in as well.

Thanks Slydog,
Everything on my original Calibration was Closed Loop and set close to Stoch.
Riding at slow speeds with around 35kPa resulted in a jerky ride and Idle was all over the place.
I richen up the circuit a little and notice it likes it a lot better.
Just need to understand better what the Data-runs are telling me, thus my original post.

Over on HTT site several years ago a member posted it up, I tried it when tuning with AFR meter and it worked really well not spot on but gets it real close
