I was in an accident simular to that, only the guy wascoming at meand taking a left hand turn. I was thrown off the bike, rushed to the emergency room with neck and shoulder injuries. The cop, came into the exam room andhanded me aTICKET for not yielding the right of way to oncomming traffic, yes I was going straight,at the intersection. Now thats fuc*ed up.
