Default GoPro Hero2 Videos

Just a short lil video of the new GoPro Hero2 camera. Video was shot on the way to work... I need to work on the way that I mount the camera to the bike but even with those issues, the quality of the video to the previous versions of the GoPro are night and day.

Nice riding area. What mounts have you tried. Right now I have my GoPro mounted on the engine guard and it has a lot of shake in it. I would be interested if you find something that is mounted on the bike that resolves the shaking issue.

I know you will look like a geek, but....................... put the camera on your helmet.

Your body is a much better shock absorber than a bike will ever be.

Bloody nice road though, wish I had some of those...

TikiDr,
Try these RAM mounts that bolt on to your clutch and brake lever housings. They work well, look better than the u-bolt clamps (which also work well). Are you using some kind of suction cup mount? I thought they would be great, so I bought 2 of them! (Epic Fail)
Anyway, your Callville Bay and Oatman videos are among the best ever, so I know you will get it all hammered out. Keep up the good work, Steevo

Mount used of the first video "GoPro Hero2 Motorcycle test"

Mount used for second video "Hero2 Test2"

Another mount that I tried but I haven't posted a video from it yet. Was trying to get the road and Speedo/tach in the shot at the same time.

Steevo - How are you mounting the Power Commander Vision, do you have pics of the mount? Eventually I want to trade out my Power Commander 5 for a Vision.

You will love the PowerVision. It's more than just a great tuner. It gives you real-time fuel mileage readings, monitors engine temp and many other vitals. And it's easy to use.
I use a RAM mount for mine. The threaded holes on the back of the PV line up perfectly with the basic round RAM plate. I flared-out the holes on the plate a bit, so the screws would be countersunk a bit. This pic shows how it looks from the backside.
