My new bike
#12
Thanks and much appreciated!
Well, seeing as how a large F4 or F5 tornado just tore up and flattened nearby Yazoo City, MS I think I'll take my changes not to get out and ride in this crap haha.
Thanks! There's some good riding in your part of the state. I try and visit that side of TN once a year and get a cabin up in the mountains.
What?? I'm in Alabama and we have severe weather coming this way.. I'm throwing on the full face and my http://www.harley-davidson.com/mcm/m...bmLocale=en_US and hoping for the best, and going to work.. It's only water, right??
Since I have sold my truck I have ridden my bike every day for the last 3 weeks. I absolutely love it. 104 miles every day round trip to work. 48 to 55 degrees in the morning and 80 degrees on the way home.. Just bought the bike in late January and about to hit 3K miles... about 6 years ago I rode from an Easyrider event in PA, back to NY almost 300 miles of it in the rain with an open face helmet and no windshield.... lol. It was the most miserable experience of my life but I am no longer afraid to ride in the rain. I just make sure I rinse the bike off with clean water afterwards..
Sorry to Hijack your thread. I'm not trying to be a jerk...no, really..lol

Werd, your not too far from me then..
Just as a side note... I wussed out today. I saw the cannon ball sized rain today coming in sideways and figured I'd better take my wife's minivan to work... lol
