I remember last Feb. when the old lady and I were in Florida for the Daytona 500. I remember seeing a few billboards along the interstate around Daytona that said, Look Twice Save A Life. Those should be all over America.

 

Silly but unfortunately true. I wish there was more awareness here in the US like that commercial.

A cell phone driver is what will do me in I bet. So far I have dodged every one of them. I like to blow my horn when I see them on the phone then I smile and nod when they give me that look but they know I'm around now. Somebody should invent a cell phone interupter that makes there phone say watch out for bikes, lets say within 100 ft of each other. Cool idea wish I knew electronics. Don over and out>>>

 

The biggest issue is from the cagers who have never ridin a bike think/know they're in a larger vehicle and pull in front of you anyway despite anything, even when you know they saw you. And because they think your going to avoid them, as opposed to crashing your junk into theirs, they don't even give it a second thought.
Since the insurance companies think 90% of all accidents are classified as avoidable, that just means if "One" driver/rider is paying attention to the flow of traffic, most all can and will be avoided. I'd like to think I'm never going to crash into someone because they pulled in front of me. Accidents do happen though.
