I really would not want to be the guy that rode in, with no windshield or lid on. Ouch!!

 

My group was staying for another night when me and another guy headed out around 1pm. We were riding dry and got a text from one of our group as they hid under a porch taking pics of this. Holly **** I am glad my Street Glide was not sitting out in this, I would have been holding an air mattress and blanket over the bike while wearing my helmet!

 

That stuff can do real harm to people and bikes

 

We just made it back to the house we were renting and put the bike in the garage 5 min before this hit!!!! Was one hell of a storm I'll never forget.

 

Glad I left Thursday am. WOW what a mess.

Yea, a few of my buddies had quite a bit of damage to their campsite and vehicles. Their truck's windshield was wasted, dents everywhere, and the tanks on the bikes took a beating too.

Their tents were also shredded too. Could not believe the size of that hail, unreal!

They also said thank god they had their lids on because it would have no doubt hurt someone real bad.
