We are having the same experience in England. This was the scene today in the small town of Wootton Bassett a few miles from where I live:

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years contemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Sadly this is occurring too ofter in our country. It does how ever make it a little easier when you see the true nature of the Country as the people come out to show there respect and gratitude.
My brother is in the Air Force and just returned home a few weeks ago from his second deployment in Afghanistan. He said that when the plane arrived in Bangor, Maine the whole town was at the airport to great them as they returned. I thought it was a nice gesture. Then he told me that his plane arrived at 3 in the morning and that this is what the town does on a normal basis. They always come out the tarmac to greet the ones returning. Makes me proud to be an American for sure.

Be sure to thank a vet for our freedom.

May God bless his friends, family and the USA.
Nice to see that people still care. This touched me and brought tears to my eyes. It is only human to have a good cry once in a while.
Lets all be thankful for what and who we have with us.
My thoughts will be with him when I ride.

Thanks for sharing this, as now my faith is not only restored in Americans, but in people in general.

I shared this video (and the words in your post) with my wife, she in turn has passed the link to her friends, and on, and on. It's spreading pretty quick.
Thank you for posting this.
