I’m not sure if I am allowed to tell where the picture was taken. Lets just say it was at a test track of a motorcycle company. Apparently the rider was coming around the curve and accelerated to 100-110 mph on a 2.5 mile straight away, when the bear in the picture came out of the woods and crossed in front of the rider. He quickly decelerated and took evasive maneuvers missing the bear. This picture was taken from the video of the ride. If I get the video I will try and post it.

 

Wow the seat pucker factor must have been in the 10 + range

From the pic, I'd say the bear has a good intercept speed going.
