I imagine it works by use of ball bearing in the center of the wheel piece. I think the rubber out side rotates around this center of the wheel from the use of ball bearings.
If you notice in the video, the chrome center wheels are not turning from what I can tell.
My question is, how reliable is it and how hard to change a tire?
