I see they didn't post credit for Dan Haggerty (Grizzly Adams) for building them bikes.

 

I wonder why peter fonda never did anything else?

Benny Hardy is actually credited with building the Captain America and Billy bikes. He reportedly received a very modest fee for the job. Sugar Bear spoke on this subject at length during his H-D Museum appearance late last year.
