Lots of things that could be called -insanity, mania, on alcohol, on caffeine, on coke, on crack, on meth, on the wrongmedication, on too much medication (many medications make people crazy and violent), stupidity, testosterone,recklessness,etc. - or all of these. Itcouldalso be called "Precision orDeath" - these guys are amazingly skillful. They're alsodaring death to the MAX. Trouble is they're also endangering, scaring, and angering other drivers, and when they eventually crash, our tax dollars pay for the cops, EMS, and fire trucks to cometo help them, blockoff the area, controltraffic,make reports, andfor some or all of their medical care. Hey, young bucks,do that on the TRACK, not the road.
